Utah Prosecuting Attorneys Charge Accused in Activist Killing with Capital Homicide
State legal authorities on Tuesday formally charged Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old alleged of fatally shooting far-right figure Charlie Kirk, with first-degree homicide—and stated they will pursue the capital punishment should he is found guilty.
